Ticket Rules:
Don't claim tickets
If someone is handling a ticket don't message in the ticket
Always be respectful even if the ticker opener is rude
Don't close the ticket without the ticket openers approval(unless higher staff tells you that)
Commands:
/closerequest <reason> - request the ticket to be closed
/rename <name> - rename the ticket for higher staff
/add <player> - add a player to the ticket
/close - close the ticket ONLY if higher staff has allowed you

Emoji Meanings:
🟢 - tierlist ticket
🔴 - don't close the ticket
🟣 - booster ticket
🟡 - close when 24 hours of inactivity has passed
⚫ - Management+
